We offer a full refund for course enrollment under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 14 days of the course start date
  • The refund request is submitted before the second live session has occurred
  • You have not accessed more than 25% of the course materials
  • The request is made in writing through our official contact channels

Refund requests that meet these criteria will be processed within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • Course enrollment after 14 days from the course start date
  • Courses where more than 25% of materials have been accessed
  • Courses where the second live session has already occurred
  • Digital certificates of completion (once issued)
  • Downloaded course materials, presets, or resources
  • One-on-one tutoring sessions that have already been conducted
  • Special promotional pricing or discounted courses (unless otherwise stated)

Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be available if:

  • Technical issues prevent you from accessing course materials for an extended period
  • Significant changes are made to the course content after enrollment that substantially differ from what was advertised
  • Instructor unavailability results in multiple missed sessions without adequate replacement

All partial refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed individually. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for partial refunds at our sole discretion.

Course Transfers

If you wish to transfer to a different course instead of receiving a refund, we offer course transfer options:

  • Course transfers must be requested within the first two weeks of enrollment
  • Transfers are subject to availability in the desired course
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you will be charged or refunded the difference)
  • Only one course transfer is permitted per enrollment
  • Transferred courses are subject to the same refund policy terms as new enrollments

Cancellation Policy

  • You may not be eligible for future promotional pricing for the same course

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery and our refund policy compliance.
