You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Course enrollment requires full payment unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. All prices are listed in United States Dollars. We reserve the right to modify course prices at any time, though enrolled students will maintain their original pricing through course completion.
All course materials, including videos, presentations, documents, and assignments, are the intellectual property of bullnnincomeel or our licensed content providers. Students may access and use these materials for personal educational purposes only. Recording, redistributing, or sharing course content with non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited.
Students are expected to engage respectfully with instructors, staff, and fellow students. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from courses without refund. Students must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations when completing course assignments.
Enrolled students receive access to course materials for the duration specified in their course description, typically 12 months from enrollment date. Live session attendance is subject to the published course schedule. We reserve the right to modify course schedules with reasonable advance notice.
Bullnnincomeel provides educational services and makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, career advancement, or professional success. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course or service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect enrolled students. Continuing to use our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
